Policies
Boarding
Check-out time should be the same (or earlier) as the check-in time, otherwise
a $15/pet late check-out fee will apply. The late check-out fee is waived for
boarders staying 7 nights or longer.
*An additional night of Boarding will be charged at the normal rate for pick-ups
after 9pm regardless of length of stay.
Pets must not have any known aggression towards children.
Clients must bring a copy of a veterinary reciept/medical record showing that
Dogs are up to date on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordatella shots.
Only one client special or promotional rate may be applied at a time.
Pet Sitting
There is a $10 surcharge for Key pick-up & drop-off service. Alternatively,
clients may choose to deliver and have keys returned through the mail.
Free Consultations are offered on Saturdays only between the hours of 8:
30am-10:30am. There will be a $15 fee assessed for consultations that are not
scheduled within that time frame.
Pet Sitting Clients requesting visits that include dates that fall on or between
July 2-5 or the Friday before Labor Day thru Labor Day will be charged a
one-time $10 surcharge.
Pet Sitting visits that occur anytime 2 days before Thanksgiving through the 2
days after or that fall on any dates between December 23-27 will be charged a
one-time $20 surcharge.
Only one client special or promotional rate may be applied at a time.
Pre-Paid Services for PET SITTING
Pre-paid services are non refundable and must be used by the end of the year
in which they were purchased. However, Clients may transfer remaining
number of visits for pre-paid services to family or friends.
