Policies Boarding Pick-up time should be the same as drop-off time, otherwise a $15 late pick-up fee per pet will apply. The late pick-up fee is waived for boarders staying 7 nights or longer.      An additional night of Boarding will be charged at the normal rate for pick-ups after 9pm regardless of length of stay. Pets must not have any known aggression towards children. Clients must bring a copy of a veterinary reciept/medical record showing that Dogs are up to date on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordatella shots.   Pet Sitting There is a $10 surcharge for Key pick-up & drop-off service. Alternatively, clients may choose to deliver and have keys returned through the mail. Free Consultations are offered on Saturdays only between the hours of 8:30am-10:30am. There will be a $15 fee assessed for consultations that are not scheduled within that time frame. Pet Sitting Clients requesting visits that include dates that fall on or between July 2-5 will be charged a one-time $10 surcharge. Pet Sitting Clients requesting visits that include dates that fall on or between November 22-26 or December 23-27 will be charged a one-time $20 surcharge. Pre-Paid Services for PET SITTING Pre-paid services are non refundable and must be used by the end of the year in which they were purchased.  However, Clients may transfer remaining number of visits for pre-paid services to family or friends.
